Job Description
We are currently seeking Cooks in all stations in the kitchen
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare lunch and/or dinners

Follow all recipes and cooking procedures

Be able to work in a fast pace kitchen and put out quality food

Able to work well with other fellow employees
-
Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary

Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply if needed

Follow all sanitation guidelines to avoid any foodborne illnesses
-
Become familiar with any new menu items/dishes

Enjoy cooking
Requirements
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred

Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes

Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements

Must have a Food Service Sanitation Certificate

ABle to work weekends and special holidays
